@worr It's been *years* since I lived there. I really would have hoped someone would have replaced my shit since then.

Alright, phantomjs might actually work. YUS.
-
Zombie.js looks interesting. Handles not quite perfect page markup / JS pretty badly. Bad for a large existing codebase.
-
Waiting for the elusive @agentdero. Yes, I might be bored.
-
createEvent and dispatchEvent are going to be my best friends.

Development of Chrome extensions is much more sane than FF. This shit sucks.

Things I plan on saying at @SFNightOwls tonight: "That's totally [not] web-scale", "What's a-sink", "How do I access the DOM in node"
-
If you were going to do a real-time coding session with someone online is there anything better than Google Docs for real time text collab?
-
Putting together new phone screen questions on the train home. Why can't everyone just be awesome so we don't have to interview?
-
I love waking up to unresponsive servers who's last messages on the console was the OOM killer killing node.js. Wonder if it was me or node.
-
Went out to Waterdog Lake Park for a walk. Took 128 pictures. Woohoo?
-
@agentdero The node.js stuff didn't seem to handle chained certs. Nginx was so easy, I wish I hadn't been such a hipster from the beginning.
-
Finally got SSL working for this node.js app by just having nginx proxy SSL requests to it. That was much too painful.
-
HAHAHAHAHAHA I've been fucking with SSL certificates all night. It's nearly 6am. #fml

The worst part of building a web service is the forgotten password reset functionality. Remember your fucking password please.
