@bkuhn We've got a new feature that Shashi did for 1.0.x that should help with that. You tag people you think are important and read from that list. However, I'd like in the future to do some of it automatically -- notices that are "like" ones that you've responded to/liked/followed links of before will be prioritized, other ones less so. Probably a good GSoC project.
