I was on the look out for such things, but I found none.

I suggest you to get a cheap and good web hosting at TLS Hosting ( http://tlshosting.com ) for a price of a cup of coffee. It has a great customer support. They reply my tickets in under 45 minutes, including weekends and late at nights. And surprisingly, it actually deliver 99.99% server uptime (I monitored all my sites using pingdom.com service). It doesn’t put you into long term lock.
