Followup on the Earth Clinic posting before I was reading their page on Apple Cider Vinegar Cures. So I ordered a bottle of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar from the Organic Outlet.  I tried the sinus treatment of using 2tspns of vinegar with 8 oz of water 3x a day to help thin mucus in your sinuses and I could definately feel my head was unstuffed somewhat my that evening.  So I combined that treatment with the 1/2 boiling water with 1/2 vinegar as a steam and breathed it in which also helped to unblock my nose and relieve my sinus's.


You can find the Apple Cider Vinegar at some local stores or cheaper on Amazon, but I like the Organic stuff myself.  When I was shopping I found an interesting apple cider beverage with limeade in it.....hmmmm, I wonder if it has the same effects as taking the Apple cider vinegar and mixing with water?
