Where to get shutter?
You just can add the X11:Utilities Repository and install it via YaST or zypper. You also can use one of the following 1-Click Installer:
This one for the openSUSE 12.1 X11:Utilities
The package will also submitted to Factory next week. ATM i'm working to make available 3 depencies.
