Chrom{e,ium} obeys $XDG_CONFIG_HOME, which is good. Then it goes and puts cache data there instead of using $XDG_CACHE_HOME. D'oh.

Does anybody actually use flowcharts when designing software? I don't mean class diagrams but actual step-by-step flowcharts.
