@uupc: there's no-one to tell ;)

@gmb I thought I saw something about seeding Abiword and gnumeric, but I dunno.

If you can read this, then the kickass new Me Menu in Lucid... works :D

@beuno : on behalf of IS, you're welcome :D

Tonight I have a bunch of new code for loading/saving layouts and it's less of a disaster, but not done yet. A few more days, but so close!

The config file end of it is a disaster atm, but nonetheless the first babysteps towards Terminator saved layouts are done. Lots to do yet!

@techwizrd daily ppas are usually assembled by robots from the latest development code. Human testing is very unlikely in that chain.

@jamesw nice :)
-
@jamesw would be nice if it was user editable - that's why I've used configobj so far :)

Dearest !python, how would you write a tree of dicts, of unknown branch depth, to disk? Configobj has been perfect so far, but fails this:(
-
@rickspencer3 aha, I didn't know the syncing was optional, I thought it just synced the whole db :)
-
@rickspencer3 is gwibber using desktopcouch to store the tweets? Am I syncing reams of pointless twittle to ubuntuone? :o
-
@knopper67 painful :o
-
@segphault: sad, but all to common for them these days

-
@fabsh: you can't see why they're doing this now because they're a company and not everything they do is discussed on a public list.
-
@fabsh I think your argument is naive and petulant
-
@tonywhitmore anyone sensible, sure! I figured you might want to debate tge topic, so I replied to all :)
-
@fabsh they have $62million in the bank ready to use to defend themselves and lobby with?
