     @nikonrogi My favorite way of preparing sweet potatoes is simply baking them whole in the oven. Maybe add a little butter when eating.

     @nikonrogi Yup, when it comes to cooking sweet potatoes, simple is best IMHO. No adulteration needed.

     @nikonrogi My looking-over-my-shoulder wife says: Put the sweet potato in a pan while baking. It will leak juices and make a mess.
