    so, if I torrent the latest !ubuntu iso image, how do I sudo apt-get upgrade from it? people keep saying to use torrents, but don't say how!

      @mgedmin you should have do-release-upgraded it 2 days before...now mirrors + main archive is doomed, every 6 months the same
