@hgilchrist2 Yes. I run it with Apache2, PHP5, Mysql5 under XP on my little EEE PC as a development environment. Runs great.

@hgilchrist2 no, there's no docs that i've seen for a windows install. a how to install on xampp would be easy to do if that would help?

@muhh Tagging is on its way! But for languages it's not a solution. It must be implemented on the API level to identify localized notices.
