@jdbrush I'm envious. Our resident coyotes never howl, the bastards.

@jdbrush ..A peculiarity of the Eastern coyote, evidently. Silence is a highly adaptive behavior for an area so crowded with armed rednecks.

@morningporch Ours don't howl often so it's a treat when they do. Usually when I hear them, the local dogs then join in, drowing them out.

@morningporch We have those armed rednecks too, but I suspect most of the coyotes I hear are hanging out in the local greenbelts.

@jdbrush No one will ever accuse Texas of running low on rednecks. I just think y'all have a few more wide open places than we do.
