@foosel woot! I love my dual screen at home.
-
@varuolo I'm starting to understand why =)
-
@foosel: Congrats! (Not telling how many screens are on my office desk. :)
-
@xtaran it was a case of major shuffling around to even get 2 screens (+ thinkpad) on my half of the table, so I'm happy with 2 ;)
-
@foosel: Ok, since the last move into the new offices we all have a lot of desk space. 2.2m wide desk plus about 0.6m deep window seat.
-
@foosel: Before everyone had an 1.6m wide desk because the office wasn't wide enough.
-
@xtaran ah, ok, at work that would have been possible as well (last day tomorrow btw ,)). here at home it's ~2m for 2 people ;)
-
@foosel: Ah, you quit to the end of the year? What's next? I remember something with programming Java. (Still love my job here. :-)
-
@xtaran software engineer at capgemini sd&m. not necessarily java, although I guess that's what I'll do mostly
-
@xtaran you're RBG sounds way better organized than ours, so I'm not surprised you like it ;)
-
@foosel: Curious to hear of your new experience with a non-sysadmin job next year. :-)
-
@xtaran curious to have the experience as well ;) and nervous... and a bit panicky.... waaaah ;)
-
@foosel: Could be possible. At least we're way more user friendly than the RBG @cs.uni-sb.de. *eg*
