I am trying to understand if my friends on identi.ca are different than on Twitter! Are you different? How :)

@loic we're early adapters, tend to be more technical, and open source / creative commons tends to matter to us more.

@loic It's newer so there some desire to experiment and play a bit. And I follow fewer so I feel more in the conversation.

@loic or maybe we're just more easily fed up by downtime and lost user data than Twitter users.

@lemec I think you're posting on the basis of the solution. FOAF, plus federated, open source, etc. I just wish mesh networks would arrive.

@tortue I tried everything. They do not even want to give me access to my videos to get them back. Only way is get the TV channels email.
