   about to install #ubuntu 8.10 x64 for a friend who's #vista won't update correctly after installing from the recovery discs

     @ccheath Flash on X64 isn't good, that's one of the few issues. Virtual Box works very well though.

     @kflanagan thanks for the heads up... somethings up w/ this hd or the cd - i'm running the disk check now
