@evan how do I get the html rendered page to not include deleted notices?
-
@bear Which page?
-
@evan public timeline
-
@bear when you say "deleted" do you mean "deleted through the Web site" or "deleted with a MySQL query on the server"?
-
@evan deleted from mysql - twit army got spammed - removed all notices from user
-
@bear stuff gets stuck in memcached; restart and it should work OK.
-
@evan ahh - memcache!
-
@evan that was it - thanks
-
@bear don't forget "ban" and "blacklist" for keeping users off the public timeline.
-
@evan yep - trying to figure out if the spammer figured out the throtte limit or what
-
@evan the programming language I used to escape from basic was Reverse Polish Lisp -- Factor feels similar at a basic level.

@josephkern Useful to know! I think there's another client for the Blackberry that works with identi.ca, too... can't remember the name.
