     @migueldeicaza I read some where that mono-winforms are outside ECMA specs. is that true?

     @sagarun Correct the Winforms library is not part of ECMA and is layered on top of the runtime engine or the C# language.

     @migueldeicaza Winforms is one of the key parts to C# too, you can't do anything productive without it.
