   Gah. Why doesn't #bzr branch and push --stacked just work for branches on !Launchpad ? I hate wasting their resources for trivial patches :(

     @dylanmccall Branches pushed to LP will by default stack on the project's development focus branch, if one is set. No --stacked required.
