     I think it means the #Facebook account in question has been deleted or something, but FB forgot to tell us. Just a guess, tho. Anyone know?

     @zach could it be these accounts have been disabled (but still present)? spammers, maybe?

     @marjoleink I'm guessing it's something like that, and we should terminate the link between StatusNet and FB when we see that error.

     @zach might be worth checking if this involves already-reported spammers on i.ca (and don't forget the info on !spamreport)

     After more investigation, it seems FB users can de/reactive accts at any time, but ability to post to inactive acct is inconsistent.
