@marjoleink @evan for screen reader can be use #css media type "aural" or am I wrong ?
-
@edo, sorry, almost no screen reader supports "aural" because they actually are SCREEN readers. @aural was a nice idea, but is dead in teh
-
@edo ... in the water (sorry for truncation)
-
@edo ma se scrvi sempre inglese .. mi scoccio di leggerti (cioè l'hai fatto tu lo sfondo nero per FF?)
-
@naimaxx scrivo in inglese quando parlo con altra gente che parla solo inglese ... (no non l'ho fatto io)
-
@edo I can sometimes follow your italian - a *little* bit - like most of your last post
-
@marjoleink I'm not involved in accessibility issue but if the reader itself don't get a different media type ... it's reader fault or not ?
-
@edo no it isn't - the purpose of a screen reader is to actually read (and interpret) what's on the screen
-
@marjoleink I prefer to use my bad english so also other international user can try to read my international post (like evan)
-
@edo english is better for me too :) but it's fun to try and understand a little italian sometimes
-
@marjoleink: Is there a DOM-ish way to check if a UA is a screen reader or other accessibility tool?
-
@dwibby, no there isn't and there shoudln't be
