@planetsab right click dock/sys tray icon, select 'reset windows' will bring them back
-
@marcokaiser sys tray? is that sys prefs? #dau
-
@planetsab prefs - hide when minimized ;-)
-
@marcokaiser Clicking on the twhirl icon in the systray always seems to minimize the windows first. I have to click on it again to show wins
-
@jauderho that's a left click - you have to right-click (or ctrl-click on OSX) to get the context menu
-
@tapioliller you da man. thank you for spelling out what @marcokaiser and @chris97 were trying to say #dau #squared
-
@marcokaiser To clarify, I'm right clicking to try to switch focus. But the first right click on the systray minimizes things instead.
-
@jauderho which OS? Win, OSX,Linux?
-
@marcokaiser Windows.
-
@jauderho weird, it should (and does for me) open the context menu... Hmmm
-
@marcokaiser Oops. My bad. I meant first left-click minimizes. Right-click context menu works fine. =)
-
@marcokaiser option um die public timeline bei den buttons auszublenden wäre nett. will ich nicht hin, klick ich immer aus versehen drauf *g
-
@marcokaiser Pls see http://bit.ly/RXyD for a screenshot of the issues with max/min that I am talking about.
-
@jauderho that's currently the expected behavior with the sys tray icon and minimize/restore
-
@marcokaiser Shouldn't clicking on the systray icon always bring the windows to the front? That's how things behave with other apps.
-
@jauderho that's usually the behavior of a double click on a sys tray icon
-
@marcokaiser Hmm. I'll try that out. Thx.
-
@jauderho not saying it does that in twhirl now ;)
-
@marcokaiser Heh. I guess it's an implied feature request then =)
-
@jauderho let"s say I take it as that ;)
