     @balor well, my wants are portability (has to work on MacOS X and Linux); offline access and calendar integration - chandler does this well

     @balor also, my baseline standard is hsgtd. Works everywhere, based on one text file, GTD-oriented; other soln would have to offer way more

     @kowey @balor Tomboy works on Linux, Windows, and Mac, and is inherently offline. No calendar integration, though.
