     @guitarman I was editing on my laptop at work during my lunch break. It was recorded in Ardour.I wanted to keep my evening free last night

     @patdavila Understood. :) I heard the secret of no xruns on laptops running Jack is the cpu frequency scaling - then ardour can run.
