     @mmuman Fallback (except to #Theora download link) not an option: you'd still have to pay #MPEGLA. Promote #XiphQt and #ChromeFrame instead.

     @singpolyma Good point. #Cortado as <video> fallback works. Though I'm hesitant to recommend because I don't know how it performs. #Theora

     @ossguy I mean A HREF fallback to #Theora! A *link* to the stream. Not all browsers have plugins/html5 and digging the html sux! #MPEGLA sux
