     @evan The avatar issue with !laconica is if you upload an image but don't move the bounding box b4 cropping it will error. Move it = works.

     @gol10dr Right. Simplest way to create a theme is to copy the default over to your mytheme and then just search/replace add/remove !laconica

     @csarven yep. That is what I did on my last two but I only had to do it once so it had been a few months. Now with 7 lots of changes!
