Just realised that after my first year here I intended to pick my top 5 favourites from all the notices I'd faved. Seems too hard, now.

@120new I will make it easy for you. At least 4 of the 5 should be from me. hahaha
-
@stav That *would* be quick & easy, you're right! You've definitely been the source of some classics. Loved the one about being right.
-
@120new You ♥ everybody! You have 1521 favorites. Unsociable me? I have 259.
-
@stav I have 430 or thereabouts, and I'm Officially Cranky.
-
@frankenspock I guess I'm almost twice as cranky as you!
-
@stav Geez! Step up the pace there, sir! There are favourites out there you're missing!
-
@stav Here's another dorky social metric: how many @-replies have you had directed at you? I've currently got 7,004.
-
@120new I used ♥ at first to track my own dents, but then I realized that seemed a bit narcissistic.
-
@stav I only have 18 - so totally with out love here
-
@frankenspock I always thought that is the best metric of sociability on !identica, as opposed to # of dents one posted.
-
@bananabob Let's just say you have VERY HIGH standards!
-
@stav true true which is why your on my subscriber list
-
@stav You just say that because you've done the math and have realized I'll be passing you up in about a month.
-
@frankenspock how do you get a total for that? sit and count them?
-
@stav It can seem pretty wankerish and/or an indication of a spammer if your own notices are the only ones faved. But that's not you.
-
@bananabob Count the number of pages in your reply tab, multiply by 20. Mine goes to: http://identi.ca/frankenspock?page=351
-
@120new fav your own should be banned cos thats a way to spam the public page
-
@bananabob Sorry, that was the wrong link: http://identi.ca/frankenspock/replies?page=351
-
@frankenspock Actually, I think that I first said it to @bugabundo when he hit #10000
-
@stav Well, sure, but he's a bot.
-
@bananabob Some legit users fave their own notices just to bookmark them. Presumably it's quicker or easier than using bookmarks.
-
@bananabob I thought it was a good way to find my earlier dents (eg if they had a link I wanted to keep). I proposed #bookmark v. #favorite

@frankenspock i am totally unsocial only 743 @replies
-
@frankenspock 8,157 replies.
-
@frankenspock BTW, others have recently passed me including @fabsh and @gamerchick02. I like that I'm no longer in top 10.
-
@stav yeah - i sometimes use it as a bookmark feature
-
@frankenspock hmmmm I have 356 pages of replies, more dents than you.... and only 16 fav
-
@frankenspock what add #bookmark as a new feature? I agree that would be cool
-
@stav http://identi.ca/notice/38664 :DDDDDDDD
-
@frankenspock Not on #identica you haven't.
-
@stav Not really a new word, though. I use that one all the time.
-
@frankenspock but if there was a big metal fan like me, I would probably have 10k favs ! :p
-
@stav How do you know that?
-
@frankenspock Search|notices for any word
-
@frankenspock not ALL the time. let's not forget Celine.
-
@bugabundo Was that your first?
-
@stav You mean the semi-broken search function that only returns about half of my angry rants about James Cameron?
-
@exador23 I don't think I could forget that.
-
@edythemighty You are right. Many STILL trying to find themselves ;-)
-
@stav I lost my virginity there!
-
@frankenspock Point me to a dent counterexample where you used #wankerish & I will apologize profusely. Meanwhile I stand by my assertion.
-
@stav I'm really not that interested, but the search function is not exactly infallible, just in case you were confused about that.
-
@frankenspock I don't know if I've ever done the IQ thing. But did you ever do the creativity test with a bunch of circle http://ur1.ca/lcf2
-
@frankenspock Are you aware you can !google search !identica?
-
@exador23 They made me do lots of special tests. First they thought I was stupid, and then later decided I was a supergenius.
-
@exador23 It turns out I was neither.
-
@stav Yep. That's even less accurate. (You sure do have a lot of faith in search engines.)
