Hmm, I'm opening docs in project/help/C/ with "#yelp `pwd`" but the figures don't show up. Any hints? !gnome #mallard
-
@deejay1 does yelp give some errors or warnings on the terminal?
-
@milo Only a series (yelp:5422): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from `GtkHBox' to `GtkMisc' and related
-
@deejay1 I do remember that there was a problem with images if the path didn't contain the trailing slash (path/C), but it should be fixed
-
@deejay1 oh wait... are you doing "yelp `pwd`" inside the C directory?
-
@milo Yes, inside the C directory. BTW might the yelp version be related to http://www.flickr.com/photos/deejay1/4327678596/ ?
-
@deejay1 that's an interesting one... last time I checked empathy help with 2.28 everything was OK, need to check better what it could be...
-
@milo Funny thing is it happens 99% of the time, but not the 1%...
-
@milo Viewing in a hex editor IMHO doesn't show anything, but messing with the <desc> sections in salut-protocol and prob-conn seems to help
-
@deejay1 thx for the info. What is the file name that has that problem?
-
@milo create-account.page
-
@deejay1 thanks!
-
@deejay1 The trailing slash is, unfortunately, very important for file paths in 2.x. It's not needed for ghelp URIs. 3.0 is less crappy.

@shaunm Thanks, I'll forward this bug to !Ubuntu. BTW I don't have a GNOME account, but I can apply for one...
