@exador23 ha! I unfollowed a bunch of people which temporarily got me my older button back; then I followed a few more and it's gone again

@aronski Somehow we have to learn to share what we have with joy. The airlines have to learn that. It's about atttitude, not charges.

@warnercrocker Southwest does it. They are always cheerful. It is a corporate culture thing. Most airlines have the military pilot culture
