      @manuelabeledo id say gentoo because theres multiple patches for every package for them to build for different configurations

      @pm Pretty sure almost all the configuration changes are just done by fiddling ./configure flags, which doesn't even need a patch

      @manuelabeledo Ubuntu has a reputation for doing this, same with RH. Dunno how accurate that is though

      @manuelabeledo: Gentoo isn't all that patched, plus the patches go upstream and are transparently applied. Ubuntu just drops stuff on you.

      @manuelabeledo i will say ubuntu too :) personally i'm happy with the "patching policy" adopted by gentoo (and of course its developers)
