     @wheelyweb I argue it's NOT easy to understand. Also, what convention? @LinkedIn uses "connection," @Twitter uses "followers," and so on? ;)

     @wheelyweb I've scoured the @iiNet Toolbox, too. Closest to "cancel" is "Change your ADSL Plan" which sends you to an "Upgrade" form. #FAIL!

     @wheelyweb I "updated" @iiNet bank acct details to 000-000…+sent support email. I shouldn't have to talk to a human to end Internet service.
