     @wdenton This is truly a dilemma. All the smartphone plans suck; my Windows phone squeaks by as a dumb phone for $15/month unlimited data.

     @wdenton ... ergo, I want to upgrade, but there appears to be no good carrier, no good plans, and no good phones. So, Windows it remains.
