     @cori I wrote a WP plugin that logs onto an account on a server (basically a bot) and then calls hooks for xmpp events.

     @cori: then a new plugin will register a hook for the "message_to" event, check the incoming JID against the users table, and create a post.

     @steveivy It's the top 100, ordered by number of notices with each tag, but each notice's count decays exponentially with time.
