@edsu It's real time. Fan out to ActiveMQ is live, bots listen live, reply live. Delay between your post and bot response is the round trip.

@edsu Plain vanilla installs of ejabberd and ActiveMQ, ~200 line script to pull all dents, log them to MySQL and dump them into queue.
