   @bugabundo easiest is ccsm, then water and setting "initiate", or gconf-editor: /apps/compiz/plugins/water/allscreens/options/initiate_key

     @bugabundo the "water" plugin in ccsm can do water effect. enable it and press control-super and move the mouse :)
