@maco: no, I'm pretty sure they were evil, always picking on that old lady and her pets. At least, that's how I remember about the show.

The main function of Daleks is to fill 4-12 22.5 min eps by talking very slowly. In one 45 min ep, this time could be used for plot. !DrWho

@freemjd Ah now I love the movie Daleks, same basic shape just with bigger ears and chunky base. These look like the toys from the 60-70s.
