@fabsh We don't drink a lot of 'Hot Chocolate' over here. Maybe try calling at some Old People's Homes. They may have some spare Horlicks.

@fabsh it's pretty rare. Ovalteen is more popular here. Maybe there will be some speciality stores but I've never seen any.

@fabsh sounds like Ovaltine to me, that page says some Tesco or Sainsbury's stores sell it, though not seen it myself

@fabsh It's £2.18 a tin @ Sainsburys but not all stores stock it. I'll look in my local shop; you dent for others to do the same for you!
