   What magic must one employ to get hotkey mappings in the !KDE menus to actually work in !kubuntu lucid?

     @mariosk8s Alt+F2, type in "hotkey" > check mark KMenuEdit > click Apply > click OK. I Don't know why they don't enable this by default.

     Thanks @snarf. When i said "magic" i was kidding. I didn't expect it to really be magic. Is this !KDE's way to be intuitive?
