     @120new I think there are some potential issues with status.net and identi.ca but the last para re. 'feeling cheated by @evan' was a joke:-)

     @andyc our company's goal is massive numbers of deployments (~10M) of Laconica. status.net is a way to kick-start that, not an impediment.
