    wtf?! !ubuntu 10.04 doesn't install #vim by default. i can cop the gimp being dropped, but vim, that is one step too far.

      @skwashd: hmm.. well, I just know that I needed to install vim on my own in every ubuntu version... I dind't even know vim-tiny yet :-)

      . @diesch i checked, vim-tiny is installed but the symlink for vim has been dropped. still makes ubuntu suck a little bit more

      @skwashd: Actually, vim-tiny IS installed by default on Lucid (same as Karmic and previous Ubuntu versions) it's included in ubuntu-minimal
