     @joncruz do you know why !inkscape takes too long to load, without any splashscreen load messages (like !scribus ) or terminal messages?

     @nitrofurano Might be slow due to font loading issues. Other than that, things will need a little testing to pinpoint.

     @joncruz or maybe generally a gtk issue, since 'nautilus --no-desktop' is also too slow on loading from lxde and fluxbox.. ?
