@alphakamp it's been done. natively, you can call up apps during a phone call. non-natively, you can run background apps.

@edythemighty imo; g1 has a horrible battery as I understand ...thus the prob why iphone minus multitasking

@alphakamp The battery of the G1 isn't really that easily spent as long as GPS and such aren't kept on all the time (typed from a G1).

@alphakamp Depends on how you use it. Using Youtube while the screen is brightest will drain the battery like nobody's business.

@p248 same with the iphone, all im worried about is a few calls, some browsing, a chat app for idnetispy etc, and email

@alphakamp You should be okay as long as you reduce the screen's brightness and avoid 3G or wifi (you can select options to disable both).
