For some reason, my password doesn't work & I hesitate to log out of for fear it will no longer work here either. where 2 go for help?

@askseesmic I'm pretty much of a novice so I don't know about jabber settings.

@askseesmic I really don't think I forgot my password but that's one possibility.

@webpixie - So, you try to add your identi.ca account in twhirl. You enter webpixie, click the '+'. Then, find that account, click "connect"

@webpixie - Then, it'll ask for your password. and click 'Login'. At which point do you get an error? and is there any error message?

@askseesmic Says it can't authenticate. I'll try it right now and see if that's what it really says

@webpixie - hmmm... Well, you should get an email with instructions on how to recover your password.
