     @marshallk, yes! cross-posting the same thing to multiple services is prolly not the way to go. each place should get its own conversations.

     @marshallk one strategy: set up ping.fm so it posts to ident.ca and Twitter. but somebody (such as twirl?) needs to implement de-duping
