     @akfoerster @tinyogg wouldn't Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=... solve this problem in more standard way?

     @akfoerster @tinyogg adding "Header set Content-Disposition attachment" to Apache's configuration for FILES_PATH directory fixes it

     @akfoerster 2 URLs per file would harm caching (if enabled), <video> still works (tested on IceCat 3.6 on my own installation of TinyOgg)
