     @arc, I don't agree that "everyone is a racist". I think perhaps I'd agree w/ "everyone has prejudices", but racism goes further than that.

     @ghosthand yes, and until race is no longer a cultural determinate that will remain so. Ex: how many black staff does !sflc have?

     @arc racist is a bit harsh. but we all have biases and stereotypes. it's dangerous to call any org racist just by looking at their staff.
