     @fabsh, I think this #Code_For_America is a good idea; get ppl to make FLOSS work for gov'ts. I hope they succeed at it. !OSCON

     DC CIO office says: Gov'ts have procurement problems for FLOSS. I've seen this known problem for years. Glad Gov't folks see it now. !OSCON
