   @fontana, That's my point. AFAICT, !Debian does !GPLv3 -or-later by default on would-be GPLv2-or-later works. Do you see it differently?

     @zak, I am sorry that I left out the 'c' in my quotes from @zack. Please all note this error in my previous dents from #DebConf10 keynote.

     @fontana, !Debian makes !GPLv3 the default GPL that all packages point to i.e., /usr/share/common/licenses/GPL is v3.
