I'm so glad that Google got the open source thing right with Chrome.

@segphault: except you can't seem to check out a linux version - the gclient.py script doesn't have that option (line 537 ish)

@segphault: Time will tell on the open source thing. Source code is only a small part of a successful project.

@blizzard: they are accepting patches and there is a public bug tracker, so it's already way more open than Android. ;-)

@blizzard: you were right about the memory implications of process-per-tab. Chrome is really a hog.

@constantinexvi: not yet. I'm testing it in VirtualBox. I'm going to boot to Windows later for benchmarking.
