I must remember to make iced !coffee based on the current temperature, not the calendar. At 18℃ (64℉) outside, it's just making me shiver.

@bkuhn LOL. :D

@bkuhn yeah, the temp this year has been weird.
-
@bkuhn Thanks for including the measurement system used by 98.5% of countries. Can't believe how often I hear "You don't use #Fahrenheit?!"
-
@ossguy, I have been trying to learn ℃ for about a year; I have it displayed next to ℉ on my desktop to get used to it. Slowly getting there
-
@bkuhn Unless you're doing vertical writing in e.g. Japanese, ℃ and ℉ are deprecated in favor of °C and °F!

@spacehobo, anyway, I like ℃ &℉ for denting as they are only 1 character! 140 chars is never enough. :)
-
@bkuhn There is, of course, the added bonus that it is the scale equivalent of the Kelvin scale, so once you have Celsius, you get Kelvin...
-
@mjjzf, I prefer Kelvin as my default in the winter. It never really feels that cold when you're saying: "But it's 266 degrees out there!"

@bkuhn Hehe.
-
@bkuhn Very noble. I should learn #Fahrenheit while here to be fair. In case you need #NYC °C: http://theweathernetwork.com/weather/usny0996
-
@ossguy, well, not doing it for nobility. ℃ just makes more sense than ℉. Same reason I switched to 24-hour-clock in my 20s.
-
@bkuhn: I like K.
-
@fontana you mean outdated and obsolete? </troll>
-
@bkuhn if you use Kelvin, C become easy.
