@anima109: Check out Scribefire. I was using that to blog to wordpress / tumblr a while back, and it kicks a**. It's a browser plugin app.

@anima109: Yes, you can have your own website if you host it yourself. ex: http://emfields.net << my wordpress site, self-hosted.
