   tried using #kate instead of #vim. somehow more confortable with vim. does kate have auto-indent? !kde !linux

     @vish Kate has auto-indent. You can indent an entire block, or continue the tabbing of the scope you're in. I prefer gedit or geany though.

     @techwizrd btw i am using #kate 2.4 on !kde 3.4. auto-indent doesn't seem to work :( !linux

     @vish I remember why I switched editors :) #kate had a broken auto-indent. Have you tried KDevelop or Geany. They're pretty good.
